In the past has there been a news item that addressed the speed of distant quasars in relation to closer objects nearer to Earth?

Quasar 3C273
Chandra has observed many distant quasars, and one in particular may be interesting to you, 3C273. It is moving away from us at the incredibly fast speed of one-tenth of the speed of light.
