Operations CXO Status Report

Friday 1 March 2013 9.00am EST

During the last week Chandra completed the observing schedule as planned.

Chandra passed through the third, fourth, and fifth eclipses of the season on Feb 22, 25 and 28 respectively, with nominal power and thermal performance.

Of note this week was the release on Feb 28 of CALDB 4.5.6. This update includes ACIS time-dependent gain corrections for the period Nov 2012 - Jan 2013, ACIS blank-sky background files covering time after 2009-09-21, and ACIS Substitute CTI files for an interval during Sep-Oct 2005.
